Whole Steamed Garlic Chili Fish by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Whole fish 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 8-10
  • Lemon juice 5 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Red chilies 4-5
  • Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper as required

Method:

  1. Grind green chilies and garlic together.
  2. Toast red chilies and crush it.
  3. Add vinegar, black pepper, garlic & green chili paste, lemon juice and olive oil in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  4. Now mark cut on fish with knife, put in mixture and mix it nicely so that mixture is absorbed nicely on fish.
  5. Then put in steamer and steam it.
  6. Now keep fish on aluminum foil.
  7. Now sprinkle red pepper and put all mixture on top.
  8. Then bake fish in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, take it out and serve.
