Ingredients:
- Whole fish 1
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 8-10
- Lemon juice 5 tbsp
- White vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6-8
- Red chilies 4-5
- Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper as required
Method:
- Grind green chilies and garlic together.
- Toast red chilies and crush it.
- Add vinegar, black pepper, garlic & green chili paste, lemon juice and olive oil in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now mark cut on fish with knife, put in mixture and mix it nicely so that mixture is absorbed nicely on fish.
- Then put in steamer and steam it.
- Now keep fish on aluminum foil.
- Now sprinkle red pepper and put all mixture on top.
- Then bake fish in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, take it out and serve.
