Saffron Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Sela rice 250 gm
- Garlic cloves 4-5
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry garlic cloves.
- Then add rice and mix it.
- Then dissolve saffron in water and add it.
- Now add stock and salt and simmer it.
- When simmer is completed, dish out it and serve.
