Saffron Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 250 gm
  • Garlic cloves 4-5
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic cloves.
  2. Then add rice and mix it.
  3. Then dissolve saffron in water and add it.
  4. Now add stock and salt and simmer it.
  5. When simmer is completed, dish out it and serve.
