Dum Ki Fish by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Brown onion grinded 1/2 cups
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Kewra water 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash fish and spread salt and lemon juice.
- Mix yogurt, salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric, all spice powder and brown onion in bowl.
- Now marinate fish with this mixture.
- Then heat oil in pan and put marinated fish with yogurt mixture.
- Then cover it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Now sprinkle kewra and add saffron.
- In end, cover it, simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot with parathay.
