Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Brown onion grinded 1/2 cups
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash fish and spread salt and lemon juice.
  2. Mix yogurt, salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric, all spice powder and brown onion in bowl.
  3. Now marinate fish with this mixture.
  4. Then heat oil in pan and put marinated fish with yogurt mixture.
  5. Then cover it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
  6. Now sprinkle kewra and add saffron.
  7. In end, cover it, simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot with parathay.
