Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Yogurt 375 gm
- Oil 1 cup
- Fried onions 1 cup
- Ginger, Green chilies as required
- Bay leave 1
- Cardamom 6
- Cottage cheese 250 gm
- Butter 100 gm
- Kewra essence few drops
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Mace 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Grind yogurt and fried onions in grinded.
- Now take out in bowl, put bay leave, cardamoms, kewra essence, cumin, crushed coriander, black pepper, turmeric powder, mace, coconut and red chili powder and mix in yogurt.
- Then heat oil and fry chicken.
- Now add yogurt masala, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- When tender, then roast it nicely.
- Then put 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now heat butter, put crushed cottage cheese and fry it.
- When golden brown, add in korma.
- In end, put ginger and green chilies on top and close stove.
