Ingredients:

  • Prawns 100 gm
  • Chicken mince 100 gm
  • Boneless fish 100 gm
  • Garlic 4-5
  • Onion 1
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1-2  tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Brown onion 2-3
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrots as required

Method:

  1. Add prawns, chicken mince, fish, garlic, onion, brown sugar, egg white, soya sauce, rice flour, black pepper and salt in chopper, blend it and make paste.
  2. Now cut carrots into strips.
  3. Grease hands with oil and spread mixture on carrot strips.
  4. Then heat oil in pan, fry carrot strips and take out in serving platter.
  5. In end, garnish with brown onion, fresh coriander and mint and serve.
