Ingredients:
- Prawns 100 gm
- Chicken mince 100 gm
- Boneless fish 100 gm
- Garlic 4-5
- Onion 1
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Egg white 1
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Rice flour 1-2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Brown onion 2-3
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Mint 1/2 bunch
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Carrots as required
Method:
- Add prawns, chicken mince, fish, garlic, onion, brown sugar, egg white, soya sauce, rice flour, black pepper and salt in chopper, blend it and make paste.
- Now cut carrots into strips.
- Grease hands with oil and spread mixture on carrot strips.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry carrot strips and take out in serving platter.
- In end, garnish with brown onion, fresh coriander and mint and serve.
