Fried Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled sela rice 300 gm
  • Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1 pinch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, mix eggs and salt, half fry it and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and fry garlic cloves.
  3. Then put carrot, capsicum, chicken cubes, red chili paste, soya sauce, black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
  4. Then add boiled rice and some water, cover it and simmer it.
  5. Simmer it on low flame.
  6. When simmer is completes, add eggs, mix it, dish out it and serve.
