Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 2
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Suree chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, red pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, egg white, flour, corn flour, black pepper and ginger garlic for 2 hours.
  2. Before frying, mix capsicum cubes and onion cubes and skew it on skewers.
  3. Now heat oil and fry skewers until it is ready.
  4. Serve it immediately.
