Chinese Tikka Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
- Capsicum 2
- Onion 2
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Suree chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, red pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, egg white, flour, corn flour, black pepper and ginger garlic for 2 hours.
- Before frying, mix capsicum cubes and onion cubes and skew it on skewers.
- Now heat oil and fry skewers until it is ready.
- Serve it immediately.
