Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 250 gm
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Roasted & grinded cumin 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Suree chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 2
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and put cumin seeds.
- Also add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now put tomatoes slice and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then put ginger garlic, turmeric, cumin, salt and chili powder.
- Now and cauliflower, peas and capsicum cubes and mash it nicely.
- Then put yogurt and chili garlic sauce, cover it and cook until it is ready.
- In end, put green chilies and green coriander.
