Ingredients:
- Butter softened 5 oz
- Brown sugar 2-1/2 oz
- Caster sugar 2-1/2 oz
- Self raising flour 7 oz
- Eggs 3
- Almond essence 1/2 tsp
- Mix chopped nuts 1/4 cup
- Mixed dried fruits 1/4 cup
Method:
- Line cup cake tray with paper cases.
- Now put butter, brown sugar, flour, eggs and almond essence in bowl and beat for 2 minutes until light and creamy.
- Then add nuts and dried fruits and stir it until all ingredients are combined.
- Now put mixture in cup cake tray and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 5 minutes.
- In end, coo, it and serve.
