Mocha Java Custard by Chef Saadat Siddiqui

•  Tea cake 1 pcs
• Milk 1-1/2 ltr
• sugar 1/2 cup
• vanilla custard pwd 4 tbsp
• coffee pwd 1 tbsp

• condensed milk 1 tin
• chocolate chips 1 cup
• cream 1/2 cup
• coffee pwd 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Boil the milk add sugar and let it cook
2. Now add vanilla custard pwd and coffee pwd and prepare the custard 
3. In a tray first spread the cake and then custard on top of it and sprinkle the toppings on top.
4. mocha java custard is ready
