Karari mutton chops

Ingredients:

For marination:
  • Muttion chops 2 kg
  • ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp 
  • papaya paste 1 tbsp 
  • green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • red chili pwd 1 tbsp
  • salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying   
For coating:
  • corn flour 1/2 cup
  • flour 1 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • waer 1-1/2 cup
  • bread crumbs 2 cups

Method:

  1. Marinate the mutton chops with ginger garlic paste , green chili paste, salt , red chili pwd for 1 hour.
  2. In a sauce pan cook the mutton chops for half an hour and then leave to cool
  3. In a bowl add corn flour, flour,salt and water and prepare a thick batter.
  4. Dip the mutton chops in this batter and then coat with bread crumbs cook till they're golden.
  5. Serve while hot

 Peach blaster 

 Ingredients:

  •  peach 2 pcs
  • oragne juice 1 cup
  • strawberry jam 2-3 tbsp
  • sugar syrup as required 
  • crushed ice 2 cup

Method:

  1. In a sauce pan heat water then add in peaches and cook for 2 minutes
  2. Then cool it  and take of the peels.
  3. Blend orange juice, peaches, strawberry jam and ice in a blender.
  4. Take it out in a glass and serve while chilled.
