Dry fruit halwa

Ingredients:

  • Apple murabba 250 gm
  • carrot murabba 250 gm
  • boiled almonds 250 gm
  • seasame seeds 50 gm
  • melon seeds 50 gm
  • honey 50 gm
  • liquid glucose 50 gm
  • pistachios 50 gm
  • almond 50 gm
  • cardamom 10 pcs

Method:

  1. Chop the murabba of apples and carrots and add them to the pan.
  2. Next add in honey and the glucose liquid and cook on a low flame.
  3. Then add in pistacios , seasame seeds,almonds , melon seeds and cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. In a greased tray place the halwa and keep in in the fridge
  5. Then cut the halwa in squares and serve.

Apple jelly

Ingredients:

  • Apple 750 gm
  • water 1 ltr
  • lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • sugar 2 cup
