Yakhni gosht

Ingredients:

  •  Mutton 1 kg

For pouch

  •  malmal cloth 1 pcs
  • fennel seed 3 tbsp
  • coriander whole 2 tbsp
  • clove 3 pcs
  • cinnamon 2 pcs
  • cardamom big 3-4 pcs
  • black pepper 4-5 pcs
  • cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • garlic 1 
  • ginger 1 

For gravy

  • oil 1 cup
  • onion 1 
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • red chili whole 4
  • salt 1 tbsp
  • yogurt 1 cup

Method:

  1. In a pot add in 1 lt water, meat  and the pouch , boil it till the meat gets cooked.
  2. When it gets boiled separate the meat and the stalk.
  3. In the oil add onions,ginger garlic paste,whole red chilies, salt and yogurt and mix everthing and cook the masala.
  4. Add in the meat and cook for anotehr 5-7 minutes.
  5. Then add in powdered sugar and keep on dam for 15 minutes.
  6. The yakhni gosht is ready

Steak sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • capsicum 2 pcs
  • onion 2
  • salt as req
  • black pepper as req
  • bun 4 pcs
  • mozerella cheese 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the beef in thin strips.Fry them in oil.
  2. Add in chopped onions and capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Apply a bit of butter on the buger buns and heat them up.
  4. Layer the meat in the bun.
  5. Now sprinkle on the cheese and serve.

Karachi degi Korma

Method:

  1. Fry onions in oil till they are red and take them out
  2. Now add the meat in water and all the masala's leave it to cook.
  3. When around 1 cup of water is left and the meat is cooked add in yogurt and the fried onions paste and cook a bit more.
  4. In the end keep it on dam.
  5. The korma is ready.
