Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Green chilies 8
- Green coriander 2 bunches
- Chopped onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Lemons 3-4
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Blend ginger garlic paste and salt with yogurt.
- Now put chicken in pan, put yogurt on top, mix it and cook without lid until water dries.
- Then heat oil in another pan and fry onion slices until light brown.
- Now take out onion and keep separate so that it becomes crisp.
- Then put ready chutney in this pan.
- Now fry chicken separate and add chutney.
- Then put black pepper, fried onion and lemon juice and cook on low flame for a while.
- In end, serve with plain rice or parathay.
