Ingredients:

  • Mango pulp 1-1/2 kg
  • Condensed milk 2 cans
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Dry milk powder 2 cups

Method:

  1. Mix some water in dry milk powder and make thick  milk.
  2. Now put mango pulp, condensed milk, cream and thick milk and blend it nicely.
  3. Then close in box and keep in freezer.
  4. Open this boz after 24 hours.
  5. Mango ice cream is ready.
