Ingredients:
- Chicken (with bone) 700 gm
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Almond paste 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Almonds as required
- Ghee 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat ghee in handi and fry onion paste.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add chicken and roast it.
- Now mix black pepper, white pepper, cumin powder, all spice powder, nutmeg mace powder, coriander powder, green chilies and salt in yogurt, add it and cook it.
- Then add water as required and almond paste and cook until meat tender.
- When handi leaves oil, add cream, mix it and dish out it.
- Garnish with almonds and serve in handi.
