Ingredients:
- Sela rice 250 gm
- Garlic 4-5
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Green chili 2-3
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Bay leaves 8-10
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Stock 1/2 liter
- Orange food color 1 pinch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds.
- Then fry garlic cloves and add stock.
- When it boils, add salt, food color, turmeric and rice and boil it.
- Rice is cooked, add green chilies, mix it, give bhagar of bay leaves, dosh out and serve.
