Spanish Omelet by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Eggs 4
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped capsicum 1
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped tomato 1
- Mushrooms 4
- Tikka chunks 4 tbsp
- Grated cheese 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Beat eggs with salt, black pepper and milk.
- Now heat oil, put eggs and spread in frying pan.
- Then pick up from edges.
- Now sprinkle capsicum, onion, tomato, mushrooms and tikka chunks and press it.
- Then sprinkle cheese, cover pan and cook until cheese melts.
- In end, serve hot with toast.
