Ingredients:
- Potatoes 4 peeled
- Egg 1
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- Spring onion 1 finely chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Grease frying pan with little oil, put 2 tbsp mixture and flat it with lower side of spoon.
- Now cook it on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Now turn it, cook from second side until light golden and potatoes tender.
