Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 4 peeled
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
  • Spring onion 1 finely chopped

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Grease frying pan with little oil, put 2 tbsp mixture and flat it with lower side of spoon.
  3. Now cook it on low flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Now turn it, cook from second side until light golden and potatoes tender.
