Ingredients:
- Bong meat 1/2 kg
- Stock 1-1/2 liter
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Gulzar special nihari masala 2 tbsp
- Big onions 2
- All purpose flour as required
- Oil as required
- Salt as required
- Ginger as required
- Fresh coriander as required
- Green chili as required
- Lemon as required
Method:
- Roast flour nicely.
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion until light brown.
- Now put ginger garlic paste and meat and roast it nicely.
- Then put masala, roast on high flame for 1-2 minutes and add stock.
- When meat tender, dissolve flour in water, add little little and mix it.
- When gravy is thick, give bhagar of onion, garnish with ginger, coriander, chili and lemon and serve.
