Ingredients:
- Critic acid 1 tbsp
- Rajhistani chili 50 gm
- Talhar chili 50 gm
- White cumin 6 tbsp
- Black cumin 2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 4 tbsp
- Black cardamom 1 tbsp
- Star anise 2
- Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg 2
Method:
- First roast all ingredients on tawa.
- Now put all masalay in blender and grind it nicely.
- Masala is ready and it is for 3-4 kg.
