Ingredients:
- Chicken legs 8 pieces or 1/2 kg
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tandoori color 1 pinch
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mark cuts on chicken legs and prick well with fork.
- Now marinate chicken with all ingredients for 2 hours.
- Now cook it on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Then take it out and shallow fry it.
- In end, sprinkle chaat masala and serve with salad and raita.
