Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs 8 pieces or 1/2 kg
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tandoori color 1 pinch
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mark cuts on chicken legs and prick well with fork.
  2. Now marinate chicken with all ingredients for 2 hours.
  3. Now cook it on low flame for 20 minutes.
  4. Then take it out and shallow fry it.
  5. In end, sprinkle chaat masala and serve with salad and raita.
