Karahi Bhindi Aur Aloo by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Bhindi 250 gm
- Potatoes 2
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Heat oil and fry bhindi on low flame.
- Now fry potatoes until golden.
- Then take out all ingredients from oil.
- Now fry garlic until golden. Then remove from stove.
- Now put remaining ingredients with 1/4 cup water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add fried bhindi and potatoes, cover it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- In end, serve with poori.
