Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Green onion leaves 1 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1 cup
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Eggs 6
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seed oil few drops
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Now boil rice with lots of water in big pot.
  3. Also put vinegar and salt.
  4. When it boils 2/4, take out water and simmer it.
  5. When rice comes on simmer, take it put and spread on paper. Rice will be dry and crisp.
  6. Then heat oil in karahi pan and fry garlic until golden brown.
  7. Then beat eggs, mix yellow color, put in oil and stir it fast.
  8. When eggs becomes pieces, add carrot, capsicum, green onion leaves, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and cube flour, roast it and put rice.
  9. Now take 2 spoons in your hand and do rice up down on high flame.
  10. When all ingredients are mixed, put sesame seed oil and serve hot.
