Ingredients:
- Rice 1 kg
- Green onion leaves 1 cup
- Chopped capsicum 1 cup
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Chopped carrots 2
- Eggs 6
- Garlic cloves 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Sesame seed oil few drops
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes.
- Now boil rice with lots of water in big pot.
- Also put vinegar and salt.
- When it boils 2/4, take out water and simmer it.
- When rice comes on simmer, take it put and spread on paper. Rice will be dry and crisp.
- Then heat oil in karahi pan and fry garlic until golden brown.
- Then beat eggs, mix yellow color, put in oil and stir it fast.
- When eggs becomes pieces, add carrot, capsicum, green onion leaves, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and cube flour, roast it and put rice.
- Now take 2 spoons in your hand and do rice up down on high flame.
- When all ingredients are mixed, put sesame seed oil and serve hot.
