Tom Yam Pizza by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough:

  • White flour 300 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Marination:

  • Prawns 400 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Whole spice 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Orange food color 1 pinch
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt as required

For Topping:

  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Tom yam paste 3 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Olive 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 400 gm
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon grass 1-2 strands
  • Butter 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For dough: Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave in warm place for 3-4 hours.
  3. Then take it out and fold dough with hands. Dough is ready.
  4. For marination: Add egg whites, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, whole spice, orange color and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and make batter.
  5. Now marinate prawns with batter and leave for 30 minutes.
  6. Then heat oil in wok, fry prawns and take it out on tissue paper so that oil is absorbed.
  7. For topping: Fry pizza sauce, water and tom yam sauce lightly.
  8. Now grease oven tray with butter.
  9. Roll pizza roti and set on oven tray.
  10. Now spread tom yam sauce on pizza roti and then put prawns.
  11. Then put mushrooms and mozzarella cheese and set it.
  12. In end, sprinkle oregano, put olives and spread upper part.
  13. Now bake pizza in preheated oven on 200 degress C for 18-20 minutes.
  14. Then take it out, cut into slices and serve.
