Ingredients:
For Green Chutney:
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Raw mango 1
- Mint 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Green chilies 6
For Gravy:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Cashew nuts 10
Method:
- For green chutney: Grind all ingredients.
- Now heat oil and put cumin.
- Then put onion and fry until soft.
- Then add ginger garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add yogurt and cashew nut and fry it nicely.
- Now put chili powder and cook until oil comes up.
- Then put green chutney and fried potatoes, cover it and cook until gravy is thick.
- In end, add all spice and take it out.
