Ingredients:

  • Baby potatoes 1 kg

For Green Chutney:

  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Raw mango 1
  • Mint 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6

For Gravy:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 10

Method:

  1. For green chutney: Grind all ingredients.
  2. Now heat oil and put cumin.
  3. Then put onion and fry until soft.
  4. Then add ginger garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add yogurt and cashew nut and fry it nicely.
  6. Now put chili powder and cook until oil comes up.
  7. Then put green chutney and fried potatoes, cover it and cook until gravy is thick.
  8. In end, add all spice and take it out.
