Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks 8
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Hung curd 1/2 cup
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Onion rings to serve
Method:
- Mark cut in chicken.
- Now marinate with lemon juice, salt, chili powder, curd, cream, corn flour, ginger garlic and chaat masala for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Then keep chicken on wire rack and grill for 30 minutes.
- Brush with oil in center of time.
- In end, serve with onion rings and chutney.
