Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1 kg
  • Potatoes 2
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Almonds 10
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onions 1 cup
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Round red chilies 6
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 2 cup
  • Green coriander, Green chilies as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Grind almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and red chilies finely.
  2. Now heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, cumin and coconut and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add potatoes cubes and stock and keep it on low flame.
  4. When potatoes are tendered, put fish and cook more for 10 minutes.
  5. When fish tender, put green chilies and green coriander and serve.
