Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1 kg
- Potatoes 2
- Tamarind pulp 1 cup
- Almonds 10
- Cashew nuts 10
- Peanuts 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Chopped onions 1 cup
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Round red chilies 6
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Chicken stock 2 cup
- Green coriander, Green chilies as required
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Grind almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and red chilies finely.
- Now heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, cumin and coconut and roast it nicely.
- Then add potatoes cubes and stock and keep it on low flame.
- When potatoes are tendered, put fish and cook more for 10 minutes.
- When fish tender, put green chilies and green coriander and serve.
