Ingredients:
- Black lentil 1 cup
- Chopped garlic 4
- Fresh cream 1 packet
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash black lentil and soak it.
- Now put more 2 cups hot water.
- Also put turmeric, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste and cook it.
- When lentil is tendered well, mash it.
- Then put cream and salt, cook for a while and simmer it on low flame.
- Then heat oil in frying pan and put butter and garlic.
- When garlic is golden brown, put in lentil and serve hot with plain rice.
