Ingredients:
For Stock:
- Mutton meat 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Boiled rice 500 gm
- White chickpeas 1 cup
- Red kidney beans 1 cup
- Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Method:
- For stock: Heat olive oil in pot and roast meat, onion and ginger garlic nicely.
- Now add black pepper, red chili and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add 2 jug water and cook until stock is made.
- Heat oil in pan and fry garlic cloves.
- Now put chickpeas, beans and rice and roast it.
- Then put in soup and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- In end, put in serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
