Red Hot Chicken Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 12 pieces
- Kashmiri red chilies 10
- Chopped onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Peanuts coarsely 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Soak red chilies for 2 hours.
- Then grind it with onion.
- Then heat oil and fry onion & red chilies paste with ginger garlic paste for 5 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes and chopped tomatoes and fry it nicely.
- Then add chicken, salt, coriander powder and all spice and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add 1 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
- In end, put peanuts and cream and serve hot with roti.
