Red Hot Chicken Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 12 pieces
  • Kashmiri red chilies 10
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Peanuts coarsely 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Soak red chilies for 2 hours.
  2. Then grind it with onion.
  3. Then heat oil and fry onion & red chilies paste with ginger garlic paste for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add tomatoes and chopped tomatoes and fry it nicely.
  5. Then add chicken, salt, coriander powder and all spice and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Then add 1 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
  7. In end, put peanuts and cream and serve hot with roti.
