Ingredients:
- Self raising flour 2 cup
- Desiccated coconut 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Beaten egg 1
- Melted butter 200 gm
Method:
- Preheat oven on 160 degrees C or 180 degrees C.
- Now cover 2 baking tray with baking paper and keep it aside.
- Then stir flour and coconut in bowl.
- Also add sugar.
- Then mix egg and butter until all ingredients are moist.
- Now make balls of this mixture, keep on baking tray and keep all balls at little far distance sot that it does not stick with each other.
- Then bake it for 12 minutes.
- Then take it out and cool it for 5 minutes on baking tray.
