Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Salt as required
  • Boneless chicken 75 gm
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1/2 cup
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachios 1/2 cup
  • Cloves 4
  • Cardamom 2
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with curs, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, all spice powder, green coriander and green chilies.
  2. Now put pistachio in hot water, remove skin and make paste.
  3. Then put cardamom and cinnamon in oil.
  4. Then add onion, turmeric and fennel seeds.
  5. Now put pistachio paste in marinated chicken and white pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Then add small pieces of tomato, take it out and put in dish.
  7. In end, serve hot with little cream.
