Ingredients:
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Salt as required
- Boneless chicken 75 gm
- Onion 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes 3
- Curd 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- Pistachios 1/2 cup
- Cloves 4
- Cardamom 2
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with curs, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, all spice powder, green coriander and green chilies.
- Now put pistachio in hot water, remove skin and make paste.
- Then put cardamom and cinnamon in oil.
- Then add onion, turmeric and fennel seeds.
- Now put pistachio paste in marinated chicken and white pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Then add small pieces of tomato, take it out and put in dish.
- In end, serve hot with little cream.
