Potato Bhujia

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • salt - to taste
  • Garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds- 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies- 4-5
  • Green coriander- 1 bunch
  • Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds- 1 tsp

Method:

  • Put 1-1/2 cups water in a cooking pan.
  • Add all the spices except for the onion seeds. 
  • Cover the lid of the cooking pan and let it cook until potatoes are well done.
  • When done, add green chilies and fresh green coriander for garnishing.

Chawal aur Moong ki Roti

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour- 1 cup
  • Green gram four- 1 cup
  • Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic- 1 teaspoon
  • salt-1/2 tea spoon
  • olive oil- 1-2 table spoon

Method:

  • Make a smooth batter of rice flour and green gram flour with water as required.
  • Leave the batter for at least half an hour.
  • Grease the pan with olive oil, let it heat.
  • Spread the batter with a soup spoon into the frying pan.
  • Flip sides and your delicious chawal aur moong ki roti is ready to serve.

Paani wala Achar

Ingredients:

  •       Vinegar- 1 cup
  •         Carrot- 1
  •          Onion- 1
  •          lemon-2
  •         Green chilies-2-3
  •         Crushed red chili- 1 tsp
  •          Onion seeds- 1/3 tsp
  •         Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
  •         Cumin- 1 tsp
  •          Fenugreek seeds- 1/3  tbsp
  •          Carom seeds- 1 tsp
  •        Salt- to taste
  •         Turmeric powder- 1 tsp 
  •         Mustard seeds-1 tsp
  •         sugar- to taste
  •         Water- ½ cup 

Method

  •          In a pan add vinegar, Carrot (Julian), Onion (Julian), lemon (cut into halves), and green chilies (cut into halves).
  •          And then add all the dry spices in the vinegar and vegetable mixture.
  •          Add water and let it cook until the vegetables are done.
