Ingredients:
- Capsicum 6
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Lemons 3
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Cut upper part of capsicum, take out it seeds and keep it whole.
- Now put mince, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste in frying pan and dry its water.
- Now mix red chili, onion seeds, cumin, green chilies, lemon juice and oil, roast it and remove it.
- Then fill little little mince in capsicum, keep upper part and close it with tooth pick.
- Then shallow fry it and spread remaining mince on top.
- Put 1 lemon juice and simmer it.
- Bhari huwi shimla mirch is ready.
