Ingredients:

  • Capsicum 6
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Lemons 3
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Cut upper part of capsicum, take out it seeds and keep it whole.
  2. Now put mince, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste in frying pan and dry its water.
  3. Now mix red chili, onion seeds, cumin, green chilies, lemon juice and oil, roast it and remove it.
  4. Then fill little little mince in capsicum, keep upper part and close it with tooth pick.
  5. Then shallow fry it and spread remaining mince on top.
  6. Put 1 lemon juice and simmer it.
  7. Bhari huwi shimla mirch is ready.
