Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Fresh mushrooms 8
- Green onions 8
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Keep mushrooms in hot water for a while and cut into slices.
- Now mix chicken, corn flour and salt, keep it for a while, put oil in second pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
- Now put 2-3 tbsp oil in one more pan and put green chilies, green onion, garlic, mushrooms and ginger.
- Then add black pepper, salt and cube flour and stir fry it.
- Now heat oven.
- Then mix chicken, vegetables, stock, corn flour, vinegar, soya sauce and flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- In end, put on oven, keep for 10 minutes and serve hotpot chicken with hot hot bun.
