Ingredients:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put sugar and yeast in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Now add flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- Add yeast in flour mixture, knead soft dough, wrap in plastic cover and keep in warm place for 1-2 hours.
- Then take out dough and fold with hands.
- Now roll small small rotiyan and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- Pita bread is ready.
