Ingredients:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put sugar and yeast in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Now add flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
  3. Add yeast in flour mixture, knead soft dough, wrap in plastic cover and keep in warm place for 1-2 hours.
  4. Then take out dough and fold with hands.
  5. Now roll small small rotiyan and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  6. Pita bread is ready.
