Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 250 gm
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- All spice 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak chickpeas with soda overnight.
- Then drain its water and boil it.
- Now put garlic, green coriander, mint leaves, all spice, baking powder, white pepper and salt and mix it.
- Now make tikkiyan, heat oil in pan and fry it.
- In end, take it out and serve with pita bread and sauce.
