Ingredients:

  • Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Orange color 1 pinch

Other Ingredients:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Ginger slices 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with crushed coriander, salt, all spice, chili powder, ginger garlic, tikka masala, yogurt and orange color for 2 hours.
  2. Now put chicken in oven and bake for 30 minutes until it is ready.
  3. Then give smoke of coal.
  4. Then heat oil, put brown onion, ginger garlic, chili powder, salt, turmeric, tomatoes and yogurt and fry it nicely until oil comes up.
  5. Now add green chilies and ginger slices.
  6. Then spread boiled rice on top, sprinkle kewra and yellow color and simmer it for 15 minutes.
  7. In end, mix it, take out in platter and keep bbq boti on top.
  8. Then serve with salad and raita.
