Ingredients:
- Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tikka masala 4 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Orange color 1 pinch
Other Ingredients:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Ginger slices 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Yellow color 1 pinch
Method:
- Marinate chicken with crushed coriander, salt, all spice, chili powder, ginger garlic, tikka masala, yogurt and orange color for 2 hours.
- Now put chicken in oven and bake for 30 minutes until it is ready.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- Then heat oil, put brown onion, ginger garlic, chili powder, salt, turmeric, tomatoes and yogurt and fry it nicely until oil comes up.
- Now add green chilies and ginger slices.
- Then spread boiled rice on top, sprinkle kewra and yellow color and simmer it for 15 minutes.
- In end, mix it, take out in platter and keep bbq boti on top.
- Then serve with salad and raita.
