Ingredients:
- Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Suree sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Egg 1
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 2 hours.
- Now deep fry in hot oil until light golden and crisp.
- Fried chicken chili is ready.
