Ingredients:

  • Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Suree sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 2 hours.
  2. Now deep fry in hot oil until light golden and crisp.
  3. Fried chicken chili is ready.
