Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions 3
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cardamom 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander as required
- Green chilies as required
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion slices.
- When golden, add chicken and 1 cup water and cook on low flame.
- Now add salt, cumin, chili powder, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste and beaten yogurt and roast it nicely.
- Then put 1 cup water and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- In end, put crushed cardamom, take out in dish, add ginger, green chilies and green coriander and serve.
