Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onions 3
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion slices.
  2. When golden, add chicken and 1 cup water and cook on low flame.
  3. Now add salt, cumin, chili powder, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste and beaten yogurt and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put 1 cup water and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. In end, put crushed cardamom, take out in dish, add ginger, green chilies and green coriander and serve.
