Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 200 gm
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Round red chilies 6
  • Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry potatoes, carrots, capsicum, peas, mushrooms and cottage cheese and take it out.
  2. Now heat separate pan and put 50 gm butter.
  3. Then add red chilies, fried vegetables, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, hot chili sauce and garlic, mix it and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Now heat sizzling platter nicely and put remaining butter and onion slice.
  5. Also put vegetables and serve.
