Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 200 gm
- Butter 100 gm
- Onion 1
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Carrots 1 cup
- Capsicum 2
- Peas 1 cup
- Potatoes 2
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Round red chilies 6
- Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil, fry potatoes, carrots, capsicum, peas, mushrooms and cottage cheese and take it out.
- Now heat separate pan and put 50 gm butter.
- Then add red chilies, fried vegetables, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, hot chili sauce and garlic, mix it and cook for 1 minute.
- Now heat sizzling platter nicely and put remaining butter and onion slice.
- Also put vegetables and serve.
