Ingredients:
- Green gram lentils 250 gm
- Red lentils 250 gm
- Fresh coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped mint 1 bunch
- Chopped tomatoes 2-3
- Green chilies 8-10
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make paste of fresh coriander, salt, mint leaves and green chilies.
- Clean both lentils and wash it nicely.
- Then put both in pot, add turmeric, water and salt and tender lentils.
- Then heat oil in pan, crackle cumin, add ginger garlic and roast it.
- Now add tomatoes and cook until its rawness is finished.
- Then add salt, red chili, all spice powder, turmeric and hara masala and roast it nicely.
- When oil comes up, add lentils and water and cook more for 5-10 minutes.
- In end, take out in dish, garnish with coriander, give bhagar of garlic and serve.
