Ingredients:
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Semolina 1/2 cup
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Green cardamom 3-4
- Orange food color 1/3 tsp
- Kewra essence few drops
- Bi carb soda 1 pinch
- Oil as required
Method:
- Add 1 cup water in yogurt and beat it.
- Now add semolina, soda and green cardamom, mix it and leave it overnight.
- Now mix food color, sugar and essence and beat it.
- Then heat oil in pan, spread like pan cake and fry it.
- In end, take it out and serve hot.
