Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 3-4
  • Orange food color 1/3 tsp
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Bi carb soda 1 pinch
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Add 1 cup water in yogurt and beat it.
  2. Now add semolina, soda and green cardamom, mix it and leave it overnight.
  3. Now mix food color, sugar and essence and beat it.
  4. Then heat oil in pan, spread like pan cake and fry it.
  5. In end, take it out and serve hot.
