Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 1 kg
- Chopped onions 1 cup
- Tomatoes 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Chopped almonds 4 tbsp
- Red chilies 2 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Green chilies as required
- Green coriander as required
Method:
- Heat oil, put big pieces of cauliflower, fry it and take it out.
- Now add ginger, garlic, cumin, salt, turmeric, red chilies, bay leaves and onion in remaining oil and roast on high flame.
- Then beat yogurt and tomatoes and put in gobi.
- Now put green chilies, green coriander, almonds and cream on top and cover it for 10 minutes.
- Then close stove.
- Shahi gobi is ready.
