					Ingredients:
- Burger buns 4

- Mutton mince 400 gm

- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup

- Salt to taste

- Black peppercorns (crushed) 1/2 tsp

- Egg 1

- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

- Mustard paste 1 tbsp

- Oil 3 tbsp

- Butter 2 tbsp

- Lettuce leaves (shredded) 1 bunch

- Sliced cucumber 1

- Sliced tomatoes 2

- Sliced onions 2

- French fries as required

Method:
- Combine mutton mince, breadcrumbs, salt, half crushed peppercorns and egg together.

- Mix mayonnaise with tomato sauce, mustard paste and season with salt and remaining crushed peppercorns.

- Keep mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

- Divide mince mixture in four balls and flatten them to form a thick patty.

- The size of patty should be larger than size of bun in diameter as it will shrink on cooking

- Heat oil and shallow fry mutton patties, till they are golden brown, on both sides.

- Slit burger buns in half, apply butter on each half and toast.

- Apply mayonnaise mix to shredded lettuce.

- Place lettuce leaves on base half of burger and over it place cucumber and tomato slices.

- Now place mutton patty and finally a slice of onion.

- Put other half of bun and close.

- Repeat process with the remaining buns.

- Secure wooden sticks across so the patty is held within.

- Serve hot with french fries.
