Ingredients:
- Khoya 1/2 kg
- Sugar 250 gm
- Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Red color 1 tsp
- Dry fruit 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Dissolve sugar in ghee, add khoya and roast it.
- When color changes, add cardamom, mix it, remove it and cool it.
- Then divide into 2 portions, mix red color in one portions and give shape of pan leaves.
- In end, garnish with dry fruits, cool it and serve.
