Ingredients:

  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Red color 1 tsp
  • Dry fruit 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Dissolve sugar in ghee, add khoya and roast it.
  2. When color changes, add cardamom, mix it, remove it and cool it.
  3. Then divide into 2 portions, mix red color in one portions and give shape of pan leaves.
  4. In end, garnish with dry fruits, cool it and serve.
