Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs 6
- Potatoes 2
- Onion brown grinded 3 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Peanuts 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted and crushed 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put bhagar ingredients and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, cumin, tomato puree, onion, coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts.
- For gravy: Put 1 cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add potatoes, cover it and cook for 10 minutes until potatoes tender.
- Then put eggs, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
