Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Bottle gourd 1/2 kg
- Egg 1
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Chopped almonds 4
- Fried onions 1 cup
- Roasted gram powder 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
For Gravy:
- Chopped onions 250 gm
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Green chilies, Green coriander for garnish
Method:
- Grind mince and onion.
- Now mix almonds, all spice, gram powder, yogurt and egg and make kabab.
- Then heat oil and roast fenugreek seeds.
- When fragrance comes, add grinded onion and roast it.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, chili powder and coriander powder and roast it.
- Now put yogurt and roast more.
- Then add koftay and 1/2 cup water, hold pot with cloth and shake it.
- When oil comes up, put 1 glass water and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- In end, remove from stove, add green chilies and green coriander and serve it.
