Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red degi chili 2
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Kewra few drops
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Rogan josh masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Chopped almonds 10
  • Ghee 1 cup

Method:

  1. Boil degi chili with vinegar in water.
  2. Heat ghee in pot, fry onion until golden and take it out.
  3. Then mix yogurt with onion and grind it.
  4. Now mix small cardamom, black cumin and red chili, blend it nicely and take it out.
  5. Then mix mutton, yogurt, grinded masala, coriander, josh masala, ginger paste and salt in bowl, put in pot and cover it.
  6. When water dries, roast again and add 2 cups hot water.
  7. Ghee comes up, put kewra.
  8. After 10 minutes, korma is ready.
  9. Serve hot with roghni naan.
