Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red degi chili 2
- Chopped onions 3
- Kewra few drops
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Rogan josh masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Small cardamom 6
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Chopped almonds 10
- Ghee 1 cup
Method:
- Boil degi chili with vinegar in water.
- Heat ghee in pot, fry onion until golden and take it out.
- Then mix yogurt with onion and grind it.
- Now mix small cardamom, black cumin and red chili, blend it nicely and take it out.
- Then mix mutton, yogurt, grinded masala, coriander, josh masala, ginger paste and salt in bowl, put in pot and cover it.
- When water dries, roast again and add 2 cups hot water.
- Ghee comes up, put kewra.
- After 10 minutes, korma is ready.
- Serve hot with roghni naan.
